There are plenty of other activities you can plan during your stay and we will be happy to advise and organise them for you.
SPORT FISHING
For those who love fishing, and in particular sports fishing or underwater fishing, the Squillace area offers dedicated areas, both in the open sea and inland, that can satisfy all needs.
And for those who like to admire the marine world, as evidence of the many unspoilt beauties of the coast and its fantastic sea, every year there are dozens of small shoals of dolphins, sightings of tortoises and a varied presence of fish and seahorses (hippocampi).
On request we can organise sport fishing or diving trips.
COLLECTING WILD HERBS
You can go on walks to pick wild artichokes, fennel, capers and other Calabrian specialities, or you can go on cultural and herbal excursions.
LOCAL COOKERY LESSONS
Classes are currently being organised on how to make bread, pizza, vegetables in oil and pickles. You can try your hand at preparing typical Calabrian dishes.
MUSHROOM PICKING
Calabria is rich in mushrooms, especially Porcini and Ovuliche, which can be picked during their season with a permit.
GUIDE TO MUSEUMS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES
Day trips are organised with experienced guides.
WORKING WITH CLAY
Working with clay using the technique of the Squillace masters. On request, we organise ceramics courses in a workshop in Squillace, but we also offer the possibility of holding them directly at our premises. The duration is 2+2 hours for at least two people.
For longer courses we can apply to the ceramics master.
HANG-GLIDING FLIGHT
Hang-gliding flights can be organised on request. A unique and unforgettable experience for those who love freedom.
DONKEYS
On request we can organise day trips accompanied by two friendly donkeys.
